Pai Gow Poker was created right here in California and is a favorite among our players.  

Pai Gow Poker is also called Double Hand poker. Each player receives 7 cards and you must then split them between 2 and 5 card poker hands. The only requirement of the game is that the 5 card hand must outrank your 2 card hand. You 2 card hand plays the Dealer’s 2 card hand, and your 5 card hand plays against the 5 card Dealer’s hand. The object of the game is to set your hands so that they defeat the Dealer’s hands. The good news is that at the California Grand Casino, the Jokers are fully wild to help you complete everything from straights and flushes to four of a kinds, giving you an extra edge.
